If we made a mistake, we will be happy to work with you to make it right! Please send photos of the item that includes the area of concern as well as a photo of the front print of the shirt that shows the design and also the size label. We will take it from there

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please reach out to us. We will be more than happy to help you track your package, or in certain cases send you a replacement. Please contact me to report any non-delivered orders within 30 days of placing the order. If a nondelivered order exceeds 30 days, I do not offer refunds or replacements.

Since we ship directly from our production partner’s we unable to send a physical gift card message with your order. However, we will be happy to provide a nicely designed digital note free of charge that you may email to your gift recipient. Please message us if you would like this option with your order and we will be happy to provide this for you!

We offer returns or exchanges on non-customized/non-personalized items only. Please message me to arrange a return or exchange for your shirt(s). You have 7 days from item delivery to ship the item(s) back to me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please ensure you're ordering the correct size by referring to the size chart included within each item listing.
